Welcome NNU Class of 97
Many of you are getting this random email about a post on this random blog and may be wondering if it’s spam or not. Well, it’s not, kinda … it’s from your classmate Daniel Pape who is now married to another one of your classmates Melissa (Swank) Pape. Thanks to our good ‘ole alma mater and their recent email about homecoming and our 10 year reunion I was able to get many of your email addresses. They included an Excel sheet with all your contact info
So this blog is how Melissa and I keep in touch with our friends and family and post all those great pictures, videos, and stories about life events.
We are missionaries in Manila, Philippines and both use our art degrees. I am Director of New Media at WM Communications Asia-Pacific mainly leading a team that does graphic design, web development, and print production. Melissa is teaching art classes to kids in Help International’s Manila children’s home called The Fathers House.
We hope you choose to stay subscribed to our email notifications and you can drop us a comment or a note.

Hi, I’m a good friend of the Pape’s and simply wanted to add that they raise all their own support; they’re not “paid” to be missionaries. Some of you classmates may have struggled with a desire to sow into foreign missions but did not know who to give to. Please prayerfully considerthe Pape family!
