2006 Ministry Review
We are so blessed to be a part of the mission work being completed on the Asia Pacific Region through WM Communications Asia Pacific by God’s grace, inspirations, and empowering. For the many, many of you who faithfully pray for us, encourage us, send us notes, and support us we are so pleased to share a “Year in Review” with you. While God has challenged us and developed us personally so much in our relationship with Him over the past year this review takes a fairly direct accounting of the projects we have had the blessing of working on. As a base for reviewing our ministry this year I would like to start by reviewing the mission of WM Communications.
WM Communications Asia Pacific exists to effectively communicate the message of Jesus Christ to all peoples within the Asia-Pacific Region by producing, educating, networking, and financing media resources.
Upon arrival in the Philippines the 3 goals for my work at WMC-AP included; 1) Development of regional websites including WMC-AP, APNTS, NYI-AP, and APRO 2) Develop a design team to handle production of web and print productions at WMC-AP to be identified as the New Media Department 3) Direct development of web and print projects as needed through WMC-AP. I will review the progress of each goal below.
1) Development of regional websites including WMC-AP, APNTS, NYI-AP, and APRO

- NYI-AP website is recently completed and prior to publicity is already gaining traffic for regional youth interests.
- APRO website is under development. Design and features have been developed and approved and the WMC-AP web team is in active production.
- An additional site for NMI-AP has been identified as necessary and development has been planned for early 2007.
- An additional site for WM Literature Asia-Pacific has been identified as necessary and development has been planned for early 2007.
2) Develop a design team to handle production of web and print productions at WMC-AP to be identified as the New Media Department.

Outside WMC-AP it has been a blessing to be a part of the APRO prayer ministry. We were inspired as many of you were with the book “Red Moon Rising” discussing the 24-7 prayer movement. We were participants and planning leaders in 3 prayer chain events. We would love to see this kind of prayer ministry continue on the region and here on the Philippine Field.
Participation in the PFO Spiritual Life team has been an additional project we have had the privilege of embracing. The leading of bi-weekly pray meetings and planning for future events is something we are excited to continue to be a part of.
I have enjoyed being a part of the Taytay First Church of the Nazarene worship team as a backup bass player. I have been fun to allow Kel Tamayo to take a few much needed breaks while participating in worship. Melissa and I have both been a part of a new ministry at Taytay First Church of the Nazarene for young professionals. The group focuses on providing fellowship, support, and ministry to 20-40 somethings with a goal of outreach and evangelism. I has been a priveldge to speak in the group a couple times with more to come in 2007.
Melissa had the opportunity to design and paint a mural in the front lobby entrance of the PFO offices in the NCEE building on the APNTS Compound.
We continue to praise God for His blessing and support of our family. Melissa and our three children Isaiah, Ian, and Elanor have been happy, healthy, and blessed this year and we earnestly continue in seeking God’s face through our ministry and our worship. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to all of you who have been so faithful in supporting us. It brings us such joy to share these triumphs and examples of God’s grace and answered prayer throughout our ministry in 2006. We are eager to see what is in store for 2007.
