Pape’s Angels
As many of you know I have been teaching a class for Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary. As part of their Masters of Christian Communication degree the school chose to add a class covering basic design and print production. I have had the challenge and privilege to help construct and instruct this class over the last few months.
Friday, October 26th was our final exam and I can now say the class was a great success. During the semester we covered the basic principles of design, learned the process of print production, learned all the creative printing and finishing techniques, took a couple field trips, and produced 12 printed products.
During our field trip to the 2007 Manila Print Expo the class dreamed about opening their own printing company and lovingly named it “Pape’s Angels Printing.” I would say thats a pretty good sign they were enjoying themselves, the subject matter, and their professor. Plus, I didn’t have to fail anyone! They all did a great job.

Great job Carl, Joanne, Nenit, Irwin, Emil, Jay, Rober, and Raul! God bless you each as you continue to communicate Christ by all means possible! You were a great class!
