WMC Farewell Video
The crew at World Mission Communications Asia-Pacific has a strong tradition of creating wonderful videos when a staff member or volunteer is moving on. These are great for celebrating the wonderful friendships we have shared over the years. Although parting is always sad we have had a wonderful time remembering our tremendous team members through these videos over the years.
Here is the video they made for me a few weeks ago. It is by far the best effort to date if I do say so myself.
I love you guys and miss you terribly.

wow, simply amazing! Great work, WMC!
I think the Naruto reference is my favorite… and of course, the moving, heartfelt scene with Melissa.

June 14th, 2010 at 6:09 amBlessings to you and Melissa as you ‘wait’. Becki
I’ve used a Daniel MacDad Pro for years and it’s never failed. It’s really changed my life. Productivity went WAY up, computer problems were ne’er to be had, and I learned about torrents. I would highly recommend one of these to anyone who is interested. Yes, it costs way more because it’s a Daniel MacDad pro, but you won’t regret it. I would get the 3-year service plan, though.
We miss you guys and are praying for you on this next step of the journey! Remember, there’s always Japan….

August 28th, 2010 at 5:27 amPraise God for your dedication and hard work for Him!
I would like to personally thank you for doing mission work in my country. I always appreciate and am inspired to know people from other country, who cares so much about my fellowmen. I’m also a missionary, however, I was assigned here in South Korea. May God always bless and keep you and your wonderful family.

October 18th, 2010 at 1:03 pmSo not really on the same topic as your post, but I found this today and I just can’t resist sharing. Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”
